Hello there, my name is Ricardo Lugo and I’m a freelance filmmaker, sound technician and editor.  I’ve worked on several independent films, such as “I Before Thee” and “Foggy Sky”. I wrote, directed, and edited the short film “The Devil’s Due,” which received official selection from these film festivals The Super Geek Film Festival at Florida Supercon 2015,  The Boca Black Film Festival 2015,  The 15 minutes of Fame Film Festival and The Miami Life Awards film festival. Recently, the 48 hour film project “Foggy Sky” got into the top 12 films of Miami. I also directed and edited the short documentary film “From The Ashes” which won the Vision Award at The 2017 Miami Urban Music and Film Festival.  I hate the conventional reboot and remake system that’s in Hollywood and I’m hoping that my work aids other indie filmmakers against this system.
